Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and we will resend it a week before your stay.

Parking Information

  • Level parking for two cars.
  • Free parking is provided.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog.
  • There is a 2-dog maximum.
  • We only allow dogs.
  • Medium-size kennel crate (1) is provided.
  • You must bring a second crate if the two don't stay together in the one provided for you.
  • Please do NOT leave your pet at the property alone unless it is kept in the kennel provided.
  • The pet fee is non-refundable.
  • Please clean up after your pet(s).
  • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
